
Step 1.Go to your start menu and select "Settings" and open the "Control Panel." |

Step 2.Check "Switch to classic view." NOTE: If you do not see the check box as shown above, you will have to click the double arrows at the right of the "switch to classic view" caption. |
Step 3.Open the "Network Connections" icon. |
Step 4.Click on "Create a new connection." |
Step 5.Click "Next." |
Step 6.Select the top option, "Connect to the Internet," and click "Next." |
Step 7.Select the middle option "Set up my connection manually" and click "Next." |
Step 8.Select "Connect using dial-up modem" and click "Next." |
Step 9.Enter "Elite.net" for the connection name and click "Next." |
Step 10.Enter the phone number to connect to us. If you do not know what number to dial, check HERE. |
Step 11.Enter you username, the first part of your e-mail address, all in lowercase letters in the "Username" box. Enter the password in the correct boxes EXACTLY as it was given to you. |
Step 12.Click "Finish." |
Step 13.Click on the "Start" button, click "Settings" and click "Network Connections." |
![]() Step 14. Click the RIGHT mouse button on the connection that was just made and select "Properties." |
Step 15.Highlight the "Internet Protocol (Tcp/Ip)" setting and click on "Properties." |
Step 16.Click on "Use the following DNS server addresses." Enter "67.118.192.2" as the preferred DNS server and "67.118.192.2" as the alternate DNS server. Click "OK" as many times as it takes to close all windows. |
Step 17.Open the control panel and open the "Internet Options" icon. |
Step 18.Click the "Connections" table, highlight the connection to Elite.net, and click "Settings." |
Step 19.Check the box next to "Use a Proxy Server." Add "proxy.elite.net" in the address box. Add "3128" to the port box, click "OK" and "OK", and close the control panel. |
