Most values are set when Netscape is installed and do not need to be changed. These fields are not documented in this page. If you have a question about what an undocumented function does, please go to the help manu and look it up in the handbook.
Mail Servers both Outgoing and Incoming mail server names should be mail.elite.net
POP3 User Name is your user name. Your username is the first part of your email address. The username is the first part of the email address before the @elite.net Contact elite.net staff if you do not know your username.
The news server for elite.net is news.elite.net
Your Nameis The one field where CAPITAL letters and spaces do not count. You name as you want the world to see it shoudl go here.
Your email address goes here. This should be "username"@elite.net where username is the name you chose when the account was set up. NOTE: Your email address should be all together in one word and all lowercase.
The reply to address should be the same as you email address.
The organization field is normally left blank.
A signature is a way to "sign" your emails. This a name and/or phrase, like "All dogs go to heaven." and saved as ascii text. The field should be filled with the name of the file containing your sig. If youare not sure what ascii text is, skip this option.
