General Information

Billing Information

The day you first sucessfully connected is the beginning of your service month. Service is billed for the month in advance. Invoices are e-mailed to your Elite.Net e-mail address unless you direct us otherwise. All of our invoices are "due on receipt" unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Paper invoices are available for a monthly service fee.

Check and Money Order Payments

You may mail check or money order payments to our mailing address. Make payments payable to "Elite.Net" and please write your Elite.Net e-mail address or account ID on your payment.

Credit Card Payments

You may make one time credit card payments by calling the support phone number above. You can have your monthly fee taken from a credit card automatically; to sign up for this service you need to print, fill out, and mail the credit card authorization form to the mailing address above. Elite.Net accepts credit cards bearing the VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or NOVUS logos.

Online Payments

You can make an online payment using the online payment service PayPal. To start the payment process go to https://secure.elite.net/makepayment/.

Holiday Schedule

Elite.Net is closed all day on the following holidays:

  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Years Day

Voice Mail

When all customer service representatives are helping others you will get our automated attendant; you can either leave us a voicemail or wait on hold for the next representative. Because we value your time if you are on hold for more than 4 minutes you will be asked to leave a voicemail.

After Hours and Emergency Support

If you suspect there is a problem with Elite.Net's service outside of our normal hours, you can call our support number above and choose the option for "Experiencing a problem with our service." You will be prompted to answer some questions and may be asked to reboot your computer. If the problem persists, you will be asked to leave a message. After you leave the message our on-call technician will be paged by our phone system. If you are the first person reporting the outage, you should receive a return call within 45 minutes. Please do not call in and leave multiple messages, your call will be returned by a technician as soon as possible.

Computer Help

Elite.Net includes help with the setup and configuration questions related to connecting your computer to the internet. We assume that your computer is setup and operating properly and that you know how to operate it. We will do our best to help or direct you to businesses that may be able to help you if you are experiencing problems with your computer. The phone is best for initial setup and email is better once you are up and operational.
