Riggs Ambulance Service has provided Merced County with the best EMS
system since 1948! We are the exclusive provider of ambulance service for
the majority of the county operating under a performance based agreement.
RAS offers both emergency and non-emergency ambulance services. RAS is
locally owned and operated and, as a result, is strongly committed to providing
professional, high-performance service with a "home town approach".
