What is dialup service?
Dialup service is
accessing the internet using your computer, a device called a modem, and
a regular telephone line. Anyone with a computer, modem, and
telephone can access the internet. Most computers have a modem
built in; if your computer does not have a modem they are cheap and easy
to install.
