Some of you may have gotten busy signals in the recent past. That was because Pacific Bell did not deliver the capacity we requested on time. We originally asked for additional capacity in December of 1996; in early November, 1997, Pacific Bell finally gave us a quote on the work which would have to be done and we paid for the project immediately. Pacific Bell assured us that they would have it ready by January, 1998. Well, it is now March, 1998, and we finally have some of the capacity we paid for.
