Elite.Net recently completed installation of two fully digital phone lines. These new phone lines provide the ability to handle 23 connections over two pairs of wire, giving us the ability to handle 46 connections with those two lines alone. Elite.Net is scheduled to receive installation of two more of these digital phone lines on September 19 and that will bring our digital capacity to 92 connections.
Our current analog capacity is 97 connections. On average, the highest use of these lines is 70 connections, with the number becoming smaller over time due to the number of people now using the much better digital number.
As a result of the installation of more digital lines and due to the decrese in use of the analog lines, Elite.Net will be disconnecting the last 23 analog lines of our 97. If you have been dialing any of these lines directly, you are encouraged to dial the new digital number, 357-0390, or the old primary analog number, 357-4902, instead. Below is a list of all numbers which are being disconnected on September 18.
